The Rochester Lilac Festival has kicked off spring in Rochester for over 100 years. The festival runs 10 consecutive days, with the new initiative, the Lilac Local Farmers Market on Monday and Wednesday from 10am – 3pm. The Lilac Local Farmers Market will take place in a large parking lot right next to the Lilac Adventure Park and main festival grounds off Highland Ave.  The Adventure park is an active area for families to gather and play and the market is right near one of the main entrances to the festival grounds that sees thousands of people entering it daily. The market space is a paved parking lot with booth spaces surrounding the outer edge of the market and inner rows. During set up and tear down, vendors will be able to drive their car to their booth space to unload, but then park in the nearby grass during the event.  You will be able to load up your vehicle post event and exit the grounds.  Vendors will be allowed one car into the festival grounds.

Vendors are encouraged to participate in both dates, however have the option to pick one or the other. On our Eventhub signup, select ‘add to cart’ on the left hand side for each date you’d like to apply.  If you are looking to apply for a 10×20′ space, add two booths for the same day to your cart.  Produce, dairy products, dried meats, fish, honey, jams/jellies, pickles and pickled items, sauces, beauty/skin products, and poultry and eggs are encouraged to apply.  Arts and craft vendors with homemade creations are prefered for the market.

Lilac Local Farmers Market FEES

The booth fee is $125 for each 10’x10′ space, for each weekend. Double booths are twice the cost of a single. Power is available for an additional cost of $20 per day.
