The Rochester Lilac Festival has kicked off spring in Rochester for over 100 years. The festival runs 10 consecutive days, featuring Art in the Park on each weekend. Art in the Park takes place up the hill from the main festival site, on Reservoir Ave. Several pathways from the festival site weave their way through Highland Park up to Reservoir Ave, bringing hundreds of thousands of visitors through the lilacs and onto the avenue. The avenue is a paved street and each 10×10 booth backs up to the curb, leaving ample room for pedestrian shoppers in the middle. During set up and tear down, artists will be able to drive their car to their booth space, but the avenue will be closed off to vehicles during festival hours. There is nearby free parking for vendors and we offer golf cart rides to the avenue if needed.

Art in the Park
Artists are encouraged to attend booth weekends but have the option to pick just one. On our Eventhub signup, select ‘add to cart’ on the lefthand side for each weekend you’d like to apply. If you are an artist, craftsperson or specialty vendor who are the hands-on makers of their work you may participate in Art in the Park. We supply coffee and breakfast for our participating artists each Sunday.
NO BUY/SELL is permitted.
*All artwork must be original. No commercial products will be permitted.*

Art in the Park FEES
There is a $50 non-refundable application fee.
The booth fee is $225 for each 10’x10′ space, for each weekend. Double booths are twice the cost of a single.
If you request and are granted a corner booth, there will be an additional $50 per weekend.
Small Business Circle
Any small business may participate, including artists.

ABOUT EVENTHUB
Application fee of $50 is non-refundable and processed upon submission. Booth fee will be pre-authorized at checkout and on-hold until your application is approved within 7 days of the application date.
